I’m Elexia, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Jeong Healing Therapy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through openness, connection, and deep self-understanding. I specialize in Radically Open DBT (RO DBT), Brainspotting, and PACT for couples, offering an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs.
I have extensive experience helping individuals and couples navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship struggles, trauma, and emotional rigidity. Whether you’re seeking support to foster emotional openness, process unresolved pain, or strengthen your relationships, I provide a compassionate and affirming space to explore, heal, and grow.
I take a collaborative and client-centered approach, drawing from neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic healing to help you break free from old patterns and create meaningful change. Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" yourself—it’s about learning to trust yourself, embrace your authenticity, and live with greater connection and freedom.
I invite you to take the next step in your healing journey. With the versatility of teletherapy, I’m here to support you.
